Cancellation Policy
Fountain Meridian Group – Service Policy 1. Scheduling & Appointments Fountain Meridian Group operates by appointment only. All consultations, strategy sessions, and service engagements must be scheduled in advance. Once an appointment is confirmed, clients will receive a calendar invite and a confirmation email with meeting details. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that unexpected events happen. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate your new request and open the slot to others. We will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you. 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered late cancellations. While we do not charge cancellation fees, repeated late cancellations may impact future scheduling availability and service priority. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible through the contact method above. 4. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without providing notice may be required to pre-pay for future services or may experience a delay in rescheduling their availability. 5. Service Agreements For multi-session engagements or project-based work, a signed service agreement outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables will be provided before kickoff.
