Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Fountain Meridian Group, we strive to maintain transparency and mutual respect in all client engagements. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring cancellation of services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and any applicable refunds.
1. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel their engagement with Fountain Meridian Group at any time by providing written notice at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in writing to the designated point of contact listed in the Service Agreement.
2. Cancellation by Fountain Meridian Group
Fountain Meridian Group reserves the right to cancel services immediately if the client:

Fails to make timely payments as agreed,

Repeatedly misses communication deadlines or does not provide access to necessary documentation,

Engages in disrespectful, unethical, or unprofessional behavior,

Breaches confidentiality or any material terms of the Service Agreement.
3. Refunds and Final Invoicing
In the event of cancellation by either party:

Clients will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation, including any deliverables in progress and non-refundable expenses already incurred.

No refunds will be issued for completed work or for services delivered prior to termination.

If payment has been made in advance, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the discretion of Fountain Meridian Group, based on unrendered services minus any costs already incurred.
4. Disputes
Should a dispute arise regarding cancellation or refunds, Fountain Meridian Group commits to resolving it in good faith and with open communication.
